My experience at Mesman Motors was excellent. I had my older Lexus from Chicago inspected for rust on the under carriage which turned out to be extensive. No only did they give me a thorough report but followed up by emailing me photos of the car's condition. Very thorough and helpful service. I am now scheduling an oil change on my Honda Accord Hybrid at Mesman Motors. Very professional service!

Geoff and Chris were so helpful during this repair! We had an issue with rodents chewing wires. Mesman was able to replace everything damaged in a timely manner. I loved the messaging feature. At Mesman Motors, we offer transparent breakdowns upfront, after sharing multipoint inspection results with photos/videos of issues. What are the wait times at Mesman Motors?

Long waits and unclear timelines are not our style. When you drop your vehicle off, we will provide accurate and timely ETAs via text updates. All vehicles brought into our shop for an oil change will receive a complimentary full vehicle inspection. When combined with the oil change service, the entire job usually takes approximately one to two hours. If you would like to skip the full vehicle inspection, just let your Service Writer know, and they will expedite the oil change service for you.
