Since I normally get my vehicle at the Acura dealership where I purchased it, but this time my regular service writer was off, so needless to say the entire experience was NOT to my expectations, I need to say that I typically spend most of my time in my vacation beach house in Playas de Rosarito, Mexico 🇲🇽, therefore I needed to get not just a “guessing diagnostic” and on top of it the fee was absolutely astronomical! I decided to get “the best business to handle my vehicle needs in a professional and accurate diagnostics for my money. Mesman Motors took the time yo see if they could figure out what the noise was in my 2008 Honda Accord. They took figured out it was most likely the battery they said that we could replace that ourselves.

People often worry mechanics will invent problems or push extras to inflate bills, especially after DIY attempts go wrong or when diagnostics reveal "hidden" issues. At Mesman Motors, we offer transparent breakdowns upfront, after sharing multipoint inspection results with photos/videos of issues. We can help you prioritize these by severity, and we will explain why each repair matters. We are flexible, and ultimately it is up to you to decide to maintain your vehicle.

What are the wait times at Mesman Motors?

Long waits and unclear timelines are not our style. When you drop your vehicle off, we will provide accurate and timely ETAs via text updates. All vehicles brought into our shop for an oil change will receive a complimentary full vehicle inspection. When combined with the oil change service, the entire job usually takes approximately one to two hours. If you would like to skip the full vehicle inspection, just let your Service Writer know, and they will expedite the oil change service for you.
